Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to Premium plan payments (₹299/month) made via UPI.
Before payment
Please review what Premium includes on our Pricing page before paying.
Approval process
After you submit your payment (transaction ID and screenshot), our team verifies it manually, usually within 24-48 hours, before activating Premium.
Refunds
If your payment was made by mistake, was duplicate, or Premium was not activated within 5 business days of a valid payment submission, please contact us via WhatsApp support with your transaction ID. Valid refund requests will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-refundable
Once Premium has been active for more than 7 days, it is non-refundable for that billing cycle, since the service (visibility, features) has already been delivered.
